Travel Blogging

When I first started writing about travel, I created separate blogs for each trip, which left me with a blogger home page full of cool blogs that are never updated. So I'm consolidating.

Actually, I decided to consolidate a while ago, I just didn't know how. My travel posts have been sporadic, mainly because I don't want to spend the time blogging while I'm actually on the trip, but also because they get lost among all the other things going on in my head that land on this page. But I've been working on a way to fix that. 

I started with Paris 2010 and Kauai 2010, which used to be separate blogs. I transferred all of the blog posts and listed them on a separate blog post, which is linked on my travel page. So now, instead of those links taking you to separate blogs, they take you to a post on this blog that lists all of the travel posts about the location, with separate links at the bottom for businesses and restaurants. 

I like this. It's easy. And posts can be organized from the start of the trip to the end rather than by post date. Check it out.

Next on the list are Costa Rica and Steamboat. I've already reorganized my Steamboat Restaurant Review post. When I started writing this post, I realized I never finished writing about either of those trips. You better get your layers ready because that's what's coming up, winter and summer! Swim suits and ski jackets!
