Pregnancy facts at 29 weeks.

Cravings
Apples, bagels and cream cheese, orange juice, any variation of warm spinach artichoke dip with chips.

I still want strawberries and all different types of fruit, but I don't have to eat the whole container of strawberries. That Promise Land chocolate milk that I drank gallons of each week for two months? Doesn't even taste good now – I haven't tried chocolate ice cream yet since I noticed this change, so we'll see about that one. And the craving for the crispy chicken sandwich from Jack in the Box (my first craving!)  is completely gone.

Movement
Charlie is moving so much. It looks less like a tummy with a baby in it and more like a little boy squirming around underneath a comforter. He had hiccups for the first time last week; I was in a meeting and jumped in my chair each time he hiccuped.

Symptoms
Swelling! I've noticed tightness in my knuckles and knees, and a few times I've seen swelling in my feet before now. To other people, they may not look swollen. But I have boney feet and can usually see the bones – I haven't seen them since since Friday! My make shift wedding ring is tight on my finger now and when I take off my socks, there are indentions in my skins for maybe 10 minutes afterwards. I wore boots on Sunday and when I took them off, my legs looked horrible! All squished in some places and swollen in others. I've put those boots on the top shelf of my closet because I won't need them for a while!

It's like my body just said, "Oh geez! She's pregnant! Time to do all of those things we're supposed to do when that happens. Where's that list of symptoms again?" I've also experienced sciatic nerve discomfort and snoring.
